on May 2, 2013, Florida Grand Opera patrons and artists gathered at EverBank’s
Downtown Ft. Lauderdale branch for the After Opera Event.
Guests filled EverBank’s luxurious penthouse space, delighting in champagne and hors d'oeuvres after a glorious evening at the opera. Patrons took this rare opportunity to interact with artists from the cast of La traviata, congratulating them on the evening’s performance.

Founded in 1941 as Greater Miami Opera and later merging with The Opera Guild Inc. in 1994, FGO presents a mixture of standard repertoire and contemporary works as well as commissions new productions – all featuring projected translations in English and Spanish.
