“Restaurant industry pros are calling the fast-fired concept the “Chipotle of pizza,’” said Jason Singer, regional manager. “We know Western New York is passionate about food and we want them to be part of this pizza revolution.”
PI Craft, a locally owned-and-operated restaurant, utilizes a new, unique, and fast-firing technology: A 700 degree stone conveyor oven to put out fresh, customizable fare in six minutes or less. Customers can craft their own gourmet pie and choose any ingredients and watch it get hand crafted right in front of them. There are thousands of potential combinations that customers can choose from or they can try one of PI Craft’s signature PI’s.
“We want to know our customers personally, so our staff will craft the perfect meal for them,” added Singer. “Even though we craft meals to go, our timeless restaurant design will make it hard for you to take the food to go.”
PI Craft creates food that focuses on using the best ingredients from sustainable sources, whenever possible: selections with no growth hormones, pesticides, pre-packaged, or frozen food and serving them with the classic Italian style with a new American twist. Customers move with the food and with quality ingredients made fast.
About PI Craft:
PI Craft (http://www.pi-craft.com) is locally-owned and operated by the Develder Restaurant Group, that also owns the Ember Woodfire Grill in Livonia, N.Y. They have used the same imagination that they used to convert the Livonia Station into a casual dining restaurant when decorating PI Craft; it’s creative and timeless design makes it hard to take your food to go. Our mission is to bring healthy, good conscious, real food: pizza, focaccia sandwiches, and chopped salads, to our guests in the fast-fired, artisanal style. Our culinary creations are a blend of traditional Italian styles with new American influences.
