Chipotle Mexican Grill Opens New Store at The Village at Meridian

America’s Premiere Fast and Fresh Mexican Restaurant Joins The Meridian Project

MERIDIAN, Idaho -- May 6, 2013-- The Village at Meridian - CenterCal Properties, LLC is happy to announce the opening of Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) as their newest tenant at The Village at Meridian, a developing lifestyle complex on the North East corner of Fairview Avenue  and Eagle Road.  Chipotle’s store is 2,600 square feet in the North Phase, including a retractable garage style indoor/outdoor patio. This Chipotle store is also featuring a national roll out of a brand new menu item - sofritas: a spicy tofu option for vegetarians.

In addition to these announcements The Village at Meridian celebrates the May opening of Toys-R-Us/Babies-R-Us, and official ribbon cutting ceremonies for Meridian Smiles and The Joint Chiropractic center.

The second phase is the town center portion which will add approximately 600,000 square feet of upscale restaurants, cinema and retail shops and 150,000 square feet of Class A office space. A Grand Opening for this phase of the project is planned for October, 2013. The Village at Meridian is located at the intersection of Eagle Road and Fairview, in Meridian Idaho, near Eagle.
