Glendale, CA – August 15, 2013 – DreamWorks Animation (Nasdaq: DWA) continues to line up star talent for its 2015 films released by Twentieth Century Fox.  Melissa McCarthy (Bridesmaids, Mike and Molly), Rashida Jones (Parks and Recreation) and Matt Bomer (White Collar) join Seth Rogen in B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations while Benedict Cumberbatch (BBC’s Sherlock) and John Malkovich (Dangerous Liaisons) are set for The Penguins of Madagascar.

Rogen and McCarthy will voice agents of B.O.O., the super classified agency you've never heard of and certainly never seen. Dedicated to protecting humans from evil hauntings, the agents of B.O.O. have a secret weapon: they are ghosts themselves!  When newbie agents Jackson Moss (Rogen) and his odd-ball partner Watts (McCarthy) uncover a plot to destroy B.O.O. by the agency's Most Wanted Haunter, they must use every trick in their arsenal to defeat his powerful ghost army and save Earth from a ghostly fate.  Jones will play Rogen's ex-wife, while Bomer will play her new husband, who's the perfect step-dad to Rogen's son.

Based on an original idea by director Tony Leondis (Igor), B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations is being produced by Maryann Garger (Flushed Away), written by Tom Wheeler (Puss in Boots) and executive produced by Kristine Belson, Gil Netter and Courtney Pledger.  The film will be released on June 5, 2015.

Cumberbatch and Malkovich will voice new characters in The Penguins of Madagascar, a comedy adventure which follows the enterprising Penguins from DWA’s Madagascar franchise Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private in their very own spy thriller.

Scheduled for release March 27, 2015, The Penguins of Madagascar is being directed by Simon J. Smith (Bee Movie) and Eric Darnell (Antz), produced by Lara Breay (Megamind), executive produced by Mireille Soria, Tom McGrath and Darnell, all of whom are responsible for the original Madagascar series.  Script is by Michael Colton and John Aboud.
